Desire Path is a Hazy DIPA with Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. We used a lot of different kinds of hop products to create a really complex aroma with just two hop varieties. Two different Citra lots, Nelson Amplifire Oil, Nelson Amplifire Pellets and three different lots of Nelson T90 from Freestyle and Clayton. Expect aromas of juicy grapefruit and mango, a lot of passion fruit and gooseberries. Some nice NZ funk with that white pepper and Sauv Blanc aroma.
